Returns and Warranty

  • No Returns for Change of Mind or Incompatibility: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or if the filter does not fit your tap. All sales are final unless there is a verified defect or damage during delivery.
  • Return Policy – Courier Damages: If there is any damage during the delivery process, we will provide a part-to-part replacement. You must inform us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • 12-Month Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty on our Homies Water Filter, covering the following specific issues:
    • If water does not come out properly from the purifier.
    • If the cartridge holder lock has a leak.
  • Warranty Claim Process: If you experience an issue covered under the warranty, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement of the affected part.
